The client is a well-established bilateral chamber of commerce, which brings together companies from a wide range of industries, including manufacturers, service providers, importers, exporters, and both large international enterprises and small and medium-sized businesses. Its mission is to promote and support long-term economic and commercial cooperation while representing the interests of its members.
The organization required a secure, private digital space for arbitration case details and documents. This setup aimed to keep information confidential, make case management easier, and cut down on administrative and paperwork.
We developed a custom secure web portal with two components:
• A read-only user section for the claimant and respondent.
• A full administrative panel for the Client’s staff to manage cases, documents, and communication.
Users can log in using a unique password and case number. The system checks the data automatically and only allows access to specific cases in read-only mode.
Specialized administrative interface for managing arbitration cases. The functionalities include add new and edit existing cases, upload, edit or delete documents, manage hearings, give to respective parties.
Access to cases details - case number, information for the parties - claimant and respondent, arbitration panel, case decision (descriptive text + option to attach a document).
When a new case is created the claimant and respondent receive automatically case number, personal password, link to login page.
After a successful login, the parties can see in read-only mode with no editing options the general case information, party details, lawyers, experts, documents, hearings, protocols.
A safe and secure digital system tailored to arbitration needs. Transparent yet controlled access for all participants.
Streamlined management of cases, documents, and hearings.
Automated communication that reduces administrative overhead.
This solution significantly increased efficiency, improved data security, and modernized the entire arbitration management process.
It reduced administrative workload by around 40% and allowed users to access information and documents from anywhere.
